Your ice bucket inside is full, but it just not coming out through the dispenser in the door. The other annoying thing was the cost of the parts combined with high shipping costs and import tariffs. It is a tragedy when you come in from mowing the lawn on a hot day for some ice water only to discover that your freezer, for some reason, is no longer dispensing ice. Both parts are made by Gates who do not recommend the plastic sprocket for a mountain bike. Metal sprockets are available and I bought one along with a new belt and fitted them myself. Also, if a metal sprocket had been used, we would not be having this conversation. I explained to the dealer that the warranty had only just expired and I expected longer reliability. They never come back to me but as other reviewers have reported, they never do. Cube sent an automated reply promising they would be in touch. I got a reply from the dealer who told me my two year warranty had expired. I complained to the dealer and also Cube. I ended up stranded about five miles from home. It wore down and ripped four teeth off the belt. Whoever chose this part was either tight-fisted or a complete cretin. The rear sprocket was made out of plastic. I bought a 2018 Cube Travel Pro which uses a toothed belt instead of a conventional chain. I just want to ride my bike that I'm still paying for, I'm so gutted and disgusted. Cube are refusing to offer a solution, I cant believe a company like Cube could treat its customers so unfairly, I have always dreamed of owning a cube bike, but that dream has become a nightmare. I have not crashed the bike, in fact it's only been riden on roads and fire roads, its never been jumped, bumped or done any drops. I have an obsessive nature so my bike was cleaned and lubed weekly, one day as I was cleaning it, I noticed what I thought was a scratch, on further inspection I discovered it was a crack and it had a twin on the other seat stay, I contacted Cube and they said to take it to a dealer, so I took it to Leisure Lakes, they inspected the bike and agreed to file a warranty claim, after 2 months of photos and emails, Cube claimed the bike had crash damage. But so far I've only used it for a commute bike to and from work. I bought a 2020 Cube Stereo 150mm C68 carbon bike at nearly £5k, I like in an area where such a bike is over kill, my intention was to visit my inlaws in Wales and whilst there ride Afan. Thank you Cube for making such a fantastic and good value bike! The rear rack can hold 25kg and is a clever design with rails for bags and an integrated tail light. I am quite happy with the pedals and seat, something I often find myself needing to swap out on other new bikes. For example, adjustable stem, seatpost suspension, adjustable front suspension, adjustable front light, etc. The design of the bike is fantastic with tons of little features to customise it to your liking. The battery is easily removable and has a nice locking mechanism. It has the latest Bosch Performance CX motor which means heaps of power and good control of modes via the display. The suspension seat post tops out a little bit, but I have read in the manual that there is an adjustment which I can use to configure it properly for my own weight. As with any bike, after a 50-100km you should do an early check of bolts and various components - very little adjustment needed on mine. I have put 500km on the bike so far and it is an absolute pleasure to ride. The bike came with all of the tools to assemble, good instructions and was in very good condition upon arrival. I am impressed at the quality of the bike, the price, and the condition it was in upon arrival. Super happy with my new 2022 - Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 500
